We are a Year 3 class and we have the pleasure of the company of  Little Pete, the cockatiel, to help us learn.  Pete's attended school for 4 and a half years now.  He needs to go home every weekend for cage redecoration, rest and recreation.  He will love you for it and so will the teacher.

Homework in Room 7 follows the same routine each week.  The children have their weekly spelling words, readers and basic facts practice.  Also as we learn about different points of interest, I hope children will come home wanting to find out more information.  I encourage this and hope they will share this with the class the next day or week.  Their enthusiasm to learn is what I hope to bring about.
